Refund Policy

In short

• If you cancel before the QR code is emailed to you, you get a full refund.
• Once the QR code has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies; you confirm this before paying.
• If an eSIM cannot be delivered or installed because of us, we first try to fix it with you; if we can't, we give you a new eSIM or a refund.

Not grounds for a refund

• Your phone not supporting eSIM or being carrier-locked (please check before buying).
• Changing phones, deleting the eSIM profile or trying to install the QR code on another device.
• Unused data or remaining days on a plan.
• Use inside Türkiye: plans are for use abroad only.

No refunds are given in these cases; at our discretion we may issue a new eSIM as a goodwill gesture. We may ask for information showing the eSIM was not installed or used.

Why no refund after delivery?

An eSIM is a digital product delivered instantly after payment and cannot be taken back. Each QR code can be installed only once. So, with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal ends at delivery (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ)).

How to request a refund

Email info@oguzhantiras.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method; depending on your bank it may take a few more business days to appear.
