1. Service and parties

2. What the service is
Yırtık eSIM is a platform that acts as an intermediary for travel data plans provided by foreign mobile operators. It does not build or operate a mobile network; connectivity is provided over local operators' networks in your destination.
Plans are data only; no calls, SMS or emergency services are provided.
The service is for use outside Türkiye only. No electronic communications service is provided in Türkiye; plans are not guaranteed to work inside Türkiye and use there is not a ground for a refund.
3. Who can use it
- People aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract.
- People not barred by the laws of their country from using the service; persons and countries on international sanctions lists are excluded.
4. Purchase, delivery and refunds
Purchase, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms are set out in the Pre-contract Information, Distance Sales Agreement and Refund Policy: /legal/pre-contract-info, /legal/distance-sales, /legal/refund
Prices on the site are for information; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
5. Rules of use
- Each QR code installs once on one device; keeping the QR code and eSIM details private is your responsibility.
- Use the eSIM lawfully and in line with the local network's rules in your destination.
- Unlimited plans are for reasonable personal use. The local operator may reduce speed or limit tethering under heavy use.
- Reselling eSIMs, bulk commercial use or abuse through automated systems is not allowed.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an eSIM and related service for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, payments reversed through a chargeback, legal requirements or threats to service security.
7. Coverage and quality
Coverage, speed and connection quality depend on the local operator and your location. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for problems caused by incompatible or carrier-locked phones, incorrect installation or deleting the eSIM profile.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and your right to use its courts or bodies, are not affected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect and do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
