BUYER: the person who places the order and enters their name, email and billing details at checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the eSIM plan ordered online on yirtikesim.com. For consumers in Türkiye, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

Yırtık eSIM is a platform that acts as an intermediary for travel data plans provided by foreign mobile operators; it does not build or operate a mobile network and does not provide electronic communications services in Türkiye. eSIM plans are intended for use outside Türkiye only, over local networks in the destination countries.

3. Product and price

The plan (countries covered, data allowance, validity) and the total price including taxes are as shown at checkout and in the order summary.

4. Payment

The price is paid upfront at checkout using the methods offered there. Payments are processed by Shopify.

5. Delivery

The eSIM is sent as a QR code with installation details to the email address on the order after payment is confirmed. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by a wrong or incomplete email address; the buyer can contact support in that case.

6. Buyer's obligations

• Check before buying that the device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
• Install the QR code once on one device only and do not share it with others.
• Use the eSIM in line with local laws and the local network's rules.
• Do not delete the eSIM profile after installation; a deleted profile cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code.

7. Seller's obligations

The seller delivers the eSIM as described and provides reasonable support with installation. Coverage and speed depend on local network conditions.

8. Right of withdrawal

The product is an intangible good delivered instantly online. With the buyer's explicit consent before payment, the right of withdrawal ends once the QR code has been delivered (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ)). Orders cancelled before delivery are refunded. For technical problems attributable to the seller, section 6 of the Pre-contract Information applies.

9. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence within the limits set by law.

10. Entry into force

Before paying, the buyer confirms online that they have read this agreement and the Pre-contract Information. The agreement is concluded when payment is completed and is stored with the order record.
