Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, billing details.
• Order: plan bought, country/region, amount, order date.
• eSIM details: eSIM identifiers (such as ICCID), remaining data, top-up records.
• Payment: the result of the payment. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store them.
• Communication: your support messages.
• Site usage: IP address, browser details and, to the extent you allow, cookies and visit statistics.
• Location: only an approximate country derived from your IP address (to show prices in the right currency). We do not collect precise location.

We do not collect special categories of data such as health, religion or political opinions.

Why we process it

• To take your order, collect payment and deliver your eSIM.
• To show your remaining data in My eSIMs and add plans to the same eSIM.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds and complaints.
• To meet legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishing or defending legal claims, and our legitimate interests where they don't override your rights. We ask for your consent for non-essential (analytics) cookies and marketing.

Sharing and international transfers

We share data only as needed with: our payment and order platform (Shopify), server hosting (Render), our partner eSIM infrastructure provider (to issue and manage the eSIM), our email delivery service and, if you allow it, visit statistics (Google Analytics). Some of these providers are located abroad (United States and Europe). We may also disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for these purposes and for the periods required by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object to automated decisions that affect you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Write to info@oguzhantiras.com; we reply within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
